Video walkthrough- Log into the Google Ads account
- Go to 'Billing' > 'Billing Settings'
- Click 'Payment Users > Click '+ New User'
- Enter the contact name (i.e. Dental Marketing)
- Enter the contact email address (i.e. team@dentalmarketing.com)
- Under permissions, select 'Admin with all permissions'
- Under email preferences, select 'All payments emails'
- Click 'Invite' to send the invitation

So Dental Marketing can submit manual payments or update billing information on clients behalf

For instance, if a client's credit card is declined by Google, it might be due to insufficient funds. If they inform us of a cleared balance and ask to retry the card, we'll make a manual payment attempt. If successful, their ads will be reactivated.
