      How to connect or disconnect an Instagram account from your Page

      Connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Page for additional benefits, such as the ability to:

      • Share posts and pictures between your Page and Instagram.
      • Share ads from your Page to Instagram, and integrate third-party apps.
      • Manage comments and Instagram Direct messages from Inbox in Messenger or Meta Business Suite.

      Before you begin

      • If your Page is managed in Meta Business Manager, you must have a professional account on Instagram. 
      • You must have Facebook access to a Page to manage linked accounts.

      Note: If you have a personal account, you'll be prompted to switch to a professional account during the linking process.

      How to connect or disconnect an Instagram account from your Page

      1. Log into Facebook, then switch into the Page you want to connect to your Instagram account.
      2. From your Page, click Professional dashboard.
      3. From the left menu under Professional dashboard, click Linked accounts. 
      4. Click on View next to "Instagram."
         
        • To connect an account, click Connect account. Enter your Instagram account's Username and Password, and select Log in.
        • To disconnect an Instagram account from your Page, click Disconnect account and click Yes, disconnect to confirm.
