Step 1: Accessing the Lead ID
- Log in to the Dental Marketing Dashboard using your credentials.
- Locate the Lead ID that you wish to input and view information for.

Step 2: Inputting Lead Information
A. Lead Score:
- The Lead Score is a self-defined rank used to qualify the type of lead.
- We recommend leveraging the following lead score system:
- 0: Not a lead (rejected to proceed with service)
- 5: Confirmed lead (booked appointment)
- 1-4: Define these scores as you and your team see fit to prioritize leads for follow-up based on their perceived quality.
- Input the Lead Score in the respective field within the Lead ID.
B. Quote Value:
- Quote Value represents the cost of the dental service discussed with the client via phone.
- Input the Quote Value in the respective field within the Lead ID.
C. Sale Value:
- Sale Value represents the price of a specific service (e.g., a cleaning) when a client has booked it.
- Input the Sale Value in the respective field within the Lead ID.
D. Quotable Status:
- Quotable status indicates whether the lead discussion included pricing information.
- Internally audit the conversation with your staff and select either "Yes" or "No" based on whether pricing was discussed.
- Input the Quotable status in the respective field within the Lead ID.
