# SOP: Creating a Client Landing Page in Claude Design

## Use this SOP to build a high-converting, procedure-specific landing page for a dental client in Claude Design, then hand it to the creative team for client review through BugHerd. The finished page is built for Google Ads traffic: its only job is to get qualified local patients to call or book.

**Tools you will need**

- Claude Design (landing page templates)
- HubSpot (company record and official practice name)
- Slack: the DM onboarding channel (onboarding form) and #support-tickets-collab (ticket request)
- Dental Marketing dashboard (call tracking numbers)
- The client's website and Google Business Profile (GMB)

**At a glance**

1. Duplicate the latest landing page template and rename it.
2. Gather the client's details and assets and paste them into the chat.
3. Paste the landing page prompt and generate the page.
4. Share the project link and request a BugHerd ticket in Slack.

**Step 1: Set up the project in Claude Design**

Every landing page starts as a copy of a template, so the layout and structure stay consistent across clients.

1. Open **Claude Design** and go to the **Projects** list.
2. Find the most recent landing page template. (At the time of writing this is the newest LP template at the top of the list, but it may change.)
3. Click the **three dots** next to the template and select **Duplicate**. Wait a few seconds for the copy to be created.
4. **Rename** the copy using the client's **company name exactly as it appears in HubSpot** (example: *Desert Breeze Dentistry*).
5. Open the project and click **New chat** in the chat panel to clear the template's previous chat. You are now ready to add the client's details.

![](https://grow.dentalmarketing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2026-05-36-32-7818-PM.jpeg?width=670&height=377&name=undefined-Oct-13-2026-05-36-32-7818-PM.jpeg)

**Step 2: Gather the client's details and add them to the chat**

Before you paste the prompt, load the chat with everything Claude needs to personalize the page. Upload or paste each item below into the chat, with a short label so Claude knows what it is.

| What | Where to find it | What to add to the chat |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Onboarding document | Slack DM onboarding channel | Upload the file |
| Website URL | HubSpot company record | Paste the URL |
| Online booking link | Client's website (look for Book Online / Request Appointment) | Online booking: \<link\>. If there is none, write that the page is **call only** |
| Call tracking number | Dental Marketing dashboard \> Phones \> Phone Numbers | Call tracking: \<number\> |
| Website screenshot | Client's homepage | Screenshot, for styling reference |
| Logo | Client's website (right-click \> Save Image) | Upload, labeled Logo |
| Main doctor photo | Client's website (Meet the Doctor) | Upload, labeled with the doctor's name |
| Google Maps link | Client's Google Business Profile \> Share | Use this for map embed: \<link\> |
| GMB photos and exterior | Google Business Profile \> Photos | Screenshots pasted into the chat |
| At least 3 reviews | Google Business Profile \> Reviews (sort by most recent, 5 stars) | Screenshots |
| Specials / offers | Client's website specials page, if one exists | Screenshot |

### **Online booking vs. call only**

Check the client's website for an online booking system. If they have one, copy the booking link and paste it as Online booking: \<link\>. If they do **not** have online booking, the landing page must be **call only**, so say so in the chat.

### **Create the call tracking number**

1. Open the client in the **Dental Marketing dashboard** and go to **Phones \> Phone Numbers**.
2. Click **Buy a Number**, search by the client's **area code** (example: 480), and click **Search**.
3. If no number is available, look for one in a nearby area code, or check whether one of the client's existing tracking numbers can be reused.
4. Name the number **Landing Page**, set the campaign to **Landing Page**, and click **Save**.
5. Paste the number in the chat as Call tracking: \<number\>.

### **Website images**

Take a screenshot of the homepage so Claude can match the practice's styling. Then right-click and save the **logo** and the **main doctor's photo**, and upload both to the chat.

### **Google Business Profile**

- **Map:** open the practice on Google Maps, copy the share link, and paste it as Use this for map embed: \<link\>.
- **Photos:** screenshot any useful photos from the profile and paste them into the chat.
- **Exterior photo:** try hard to get a good exterior shot of the office. If you get one, add this note in the chat: Use the exterior photo as a background above the fold.
- **Reviews:** click **Reviews**, sort by most recent 5-star reviews, and screenshot **at least 3**. You don't need all of them.

![](https://grow.dentalmarketing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-4.jpeg?width=670&height=377&name=undefined-4.jpeg)

![](https://grow.dentalmarketing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2026-05-36-31-5755-PM.jpeg?width=670&height=377&name=undefined-Oct-13-2026-05-36-31-5755-PM.jpeg)

### **Specials**

Check whether the website has a specials or offers page. Specials are not always on the onboarding form, so screenshot them and paste them into the chat when they exist.

![](https://grow.dentalmarketing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-2.jpeg?width=670&height=377&name=undefined-2.jpeg)

**Step 3: Paste the prompt and generate the page**

Once all the client's details are in the chat, paste the prompt below **at the top of the chat** and fill in the placeholders before you hit send:

- \[INSERT PRACTICE NAME FROM HUBSPOT\]: the company name exactly as it appears in HubSpot
- \[INSERT DENTAL PROCEDURE HERE\] / \[INSERT DENTAL PROCEDURE\]: the procedure the page targets (example: dental implants, Invisalign, emergency dentistry). It appears several times, so replace every instance.
- \[INSERT SPECIAL OFFER HERE\]: the client's approved offer, taken from the onboarding form or the specials screenshot

Hit **Send**. Claude Design builds the first version of the landing page from the template and the details you added.

**Dental Landing Page Creation Prompt**

Reusable Template for Any Dental Practice

Please create a new client folder named \[INSERT PRACTICE NAME FROM HUBSPOT\] and build a high-converting dental landing page focused on:

\[INSERT DENTAL PROCEDURE HERE\]

Primary Goal: Generate as many qualified local new-patient calls and appointments as possible for this dental practice.

Before creating the landing page, review the client's HubSpot record, onboarding form, and existing website to understand the practice, its services, special offers, target locations, and ideal patients.

**1. Practice Information**

\- Use the practice name, address, phone number, website, and other relevant information from HubSpot.

\- Review the client's onboarding form for additional details about the practice.

\- Ensure all information is accurate and specific to this practice.

\- Use the practice's existing branding, including its logo, colors, and overall visual identity.

\- Do not invent practice information.

**2. Hero Section**

\- If an exterior photo of the actual dental practice is available on its website, use it as the hero background.

\- Apply a dark or branded overlay so the headline and calls to action are easy to read.

\- If no exterior photo is available, use another relevant, high-quality image from the practice's website.

\- Create a compelling headline focused on \[INSERT DENTAL PROCEDURE\] and the local market.

\- Include a clear benefit-driven subheadline.

\- Make the primary call to action immediately visible without scrolling.

\- Prioritize a clean, professional design that builds trust immediately.

**3. Google Maps Integration**

\- Find the practice's actual Google Maps listing.

\- Use the Google Maps embed link to display the real practice location directly on the landing page.

\- Do not use a placeholder map.

\- Include the practice's address near the map.

\- Make it easy for patients to get directions to the practice.

**4. Calls to Action & Online Booking**

\- Check the practice's website and onboarding form to determine whether online booking is available.

\- If online booking is available, include both Call Now and Book Online buttons.

\- Link the Book Online button directly to the practice's actual online scheduling system.

\- If online booking is unavailable, make Call Now the primary and only conversion action.

\- Make the phone number clickable, especially on mobile devices.

\- Repeat the primary call to action throughout the landing page.

\- Include a sticky mobile call-to-action button to make contacting the practice easy.

**Important: Do not create a generic contact form as a replacement for online booking. Our goal is to generate calls and actual appointments, not simply collect leads that require additional follow-up.**

**5. Special Offers**

Give strong visual emphasis to:

\[INSERT SPECIAL OFFER HERE\]

\- Make the special offer one of the most prominent elements on the landing page.

\- Clearly communicate the value of the offer.

\- Explain why patients should take advantage of it.

\- Incorporate the offer into the hero section when appropriate.

\- Reinforce the offer throughout the page without making the design feel repetitive.

\- Use compelling, patient-focused language.

\- Do not invent discounts, pricing, financing terms, or promotions that have not been provided.

The offer should be a major conversion driver for the landing page.

**6. High-Converting Landing Page Design**

Design specifically for dental patient acquisition, not as a generic informational website.

**Prioritize:**

\- Mobile-first design and fast loading.

\- Clear, compelling headlines.

\- Short, easy-to-read content.

\- Strong calls to action.

\- Trust-building elements.

\- Patient benefits rather than overly technical procedure descriptions.

\- Actual practice photography whenever available.

\- Genuine patient reviews and testimonials when available.

\- Dentist credentials and experience.

\- Relevant procedure FAQs.

\- A simple, distraction-free layout.

Avoid unnecessary navigation, excessive text, or elements that distract patients from calling or booking.

Every section should serve a purpose: build trust, communicate value, address patient concerns, or drive conversions.

**7. Local Targeting**

\- Target the local cities, neighborhoods, and surrounding communities near the dental practice.

\- Read the client's onboarding form for additional details about their preferred marketing areas, target locations, and ideal patients.

\- Review the practice's physical location and surrounding neighborhoods to identify relevant local markets.

\- Naturally incorporate relevant cities and neighborhoods throughout the landing page copy, headlines, and FAQs.

\- Prioritize locations within the practice's actual service area to attract qualified local patients.

\- Avoid targeting areas outside the client's preferred marketing territory.

\- Make the landing page feel specific to the local community rather than generic to any dental practice.

The goal is to attract patients who live or work near the practice and are actively searching for the specific dental procedure.

**8. Procedure-Specific Content**

The landing page must be customized for:

\[INSERT DENTAL PROCEDURE HERE\]

Do not use generic dental marketing copy.

Research the procedure and create content that addresses:

\- Why a patient might need this treatment.

\- Common symptoms, concerns, or reasons for seeking care.

\- Benefits of choosing this treatment.

\- What patients can expect during their visit.

\- Frequently asked questions.

\- Why they should choose this particular practice.

\- Any relevant special offers or financing information provided by the practice.

Match the messaging to the patient's intent.

For example, emergency dental patients need immediate reassurance and an easy way to call, while implant patients may need more education and trust-building before scheduling.

Avoid making unsupported medical claims or promises about treatment outcomes.

**9. Conversion Optimization**

Build the landing page with paid advertising traffic in mind.

\- Make the main offer immediately visible.

\- Keep the primary call to action prominent.

\- Reduce unnecessary steps between landing on the page and contacting the practice.

\- Make phone numbers easy to tap on mobile.

\- Use clear visual hierarchy.

\- Include trust signals near important conversion points.

\- Address common objections and questions.

\- Reinforce the practice's location and convenience.

\- Ensure the page loads quickly and works across desktop and mobile devices.

The landing page should be designed to convert visitors who are actively searching for the procedure, not simply educate them.

**10. Final Review & Quality Assurance**

Before sharing the landing page:

1\. Confirm the practice name, address, and phone number are accurate.

2\. Confirm the branding matches the practice.

3\. Verify that all images belong to the practice or are otherwise appropriate for use.

4\. Confirm the special offer matches the information provided.

5\. Verify all call buttons and booking links work.

6\. Confirm the actual Google Maps location is embedded.

7\. Check that local targeting matches the onboarding form.

8\. Review the page on desktop and mobile.

9\. Ensure the content is specific to the selected dental procedure.

10\. Confirm there are no placeholder details, invented testimonials, or broken links.

**Final Instructions**

Create a polished, professional, mobile-first dental landing page designed to generate the highest possible number of qualified new-patient calls and appointments.

Use the practice's HubSpot information, onboarding form, existing website, branding, actual location, and approved special offers to personalize the page.

Prioritize conversions over aesthetics. The design should look excellent, but its primary purpose is to generate patients.

Keep the page focused on \[INSERT DENTAL PROCEDURE HERE\], the practice's approved special offer, and the surrounding local communities.

Use actual practice information wherever possible. Do not invent testimonials, prices, discounts, or practice details.

The final result should be a high-converting dental landing page ready for client review and eventual use with Google Ads campaigns.

**Step 4: Share the page and request a BugHerd link**

The creative team turns your Claude Design link into a BugHerd link for client review, so the link must be editable by the whole team.

1. In the Claude Design project, click **Share** (top right).
2. Open the access dropdown and set it so **anyone at Dental Marketing can edit**.
3. Click **Copy link**.
4. Post a message in the **#support-tickets-collab** Slack channel ([open channel](https://donatoai.slack.com/archives/C08PU1W0BE2)) asking **Alfred** to create a ticket so the team can set up a BugHerd link, and include the copied link.
