Organic Social Media Journey

This article outlines the Organic Social Media Journey and the stages that encompass the 12+ week process.

Upon enrolling in the Organic Social Media Journey, you embark on a comprehensive 12+ week journey that spans from the initial stages of discovery and content creation to the realm of implementation and activation.

Month 1: Discovery + Content Creation

  • Week 1 - Social Media Questionnaire and Select Theme & Niche
  • Week 2 - Photoshoot Shot List Shared
    • During Week 2,  we will be sharing a tailored photoshoot shot list with you. This list includes outlines for photos and short videos, all intended to be captured by the dental staff using their mobile phones. These photos and videos will be essential for social media content creation.
  • Week 3-4 -  Shot List Completed + Content Calendar Proposal Shared for Approval
    • Over the span of Weeks 3 and 4, the client is provided with approximately two weeks to complete and send the media assets outlined in the shot list. While the customer is working on completing the shot list, we will create a custom content calendar to share for approval.
  • Week  5 -  Client Feedback Addressed + Content Calendar Approved
    • In Week 5, we will review client feedback and make any necessary adjustments to the content calendar. Once we have received final approval, we will proceed with setting everything up.

 

Month 2-3: Implementation + Activation

  • Week 6 - Content Calendar Set Up + Posts Scheduling
    • Week 6 marks the initiation of our content calendar setup and the start of post scheduling as per the approved content calendar.
  • Week 7 - Organic Posts Deploy
    • In Week 7, we are ready to launch our Organic Social Media Strategy as we transition into a pivotal 'learning phase.' During this phase, we will experiment with posting on various days and at different times to determine the most effective schedule for your target audience.
  • Week 13 - Social Media Recap
    • After six weeks of dedicated posting, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will schedule a Social Media Recap call. This session serves as an opportunity to review performance metrics and virtual consultation, as well as consider the continuation of organic social media services.
    • Armed with the valuable insights gained from the "learning phase", we'll fine-tune your social media strategy to post at the most opportune times, ensuring optimal audience engagement moving forward.
