This article answers the most common setup and access questions we receive during onboarding. Having this information ready helps us move faster and avoid delays.

1. Why do you need access to Google Ads?

We require access to your Google Ads account to properly manage, optimize, and report on your advertising campaigns. This includes monitoring performance, making budget or keyword adjustments, setting up conversion tracking, and ensuring your ads comply with Google’s policies.

Granting access allows us to work directly within your existing account, you retain full ownership at all times.

Access to your domain and DNS settings is required to properly connect and manage your website and landing pages. This allows us to:

  • Connect your main website and any campaign landing pages
  • Verify domain ownership
  • Add your domains to Google Search Console

These steps are essential so performance data can be accurately tracked and reflected in your DM Dashboard, allowing you to clearly see results, traffic, and visibility.

We only request Manager-level access, which allows us to complete these connections securely without affecting your ownership or full administrative control.

3. Why do we need access to your website and hosting platform?

Access to your website and hosting platform allows us to properly support SEO and marketing performance. This access is only requested for WordPress and Webflow websites. Specifically, we require access to:

  • Connect and manage our SEO agent
  • Monitor and implement quick changes that active campaigns may require
  • Add and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags
  • Install dynamic scripts needed for tracking, integrations, and performance optimization

This access helps ensure your website is optimized, campaigns run smoothly, and tracking remains accurate at all times.

For security, we recommend granting temporary Manager or Admin-level access, which can be removed at any time.

Access to your Google Business Profile allows us to optimize your profile for local search, manage updates, support reviews, and monitor performance insights. In addition, we implement the necessary tracking line so results can be accurately measured and reported.

This helps ensure your practice appears correctly in local search and maps while allowing you to clearly track performance and outcomes.

GTM verification ensures that tracking scripts are correctly installed so we can accurately measure website activity, conversions, and campaign performance.
